Update chartjs zoom plugin to v2.0.1

The patch apply at compilation in the issue #238 due to a bug in the chartjs zoom plugin is no longer relevant.

The last version of the zoom plugin solves this issue: https://github.com/chartjs/chartjs-plugin-zoom/releases/tag/v2.0.1

Task list:

• Remove the patch script applied at compilation
• update chartjs-plugin-zoom package to v2.0.1
