Chore: update deprecated sonarqube properties and add properties needed for MR decoration.

Update all deprecated SonarQube properties and force the jacoco XML report file generation in order to get backend code coverage statistics.
Add properties needed for MR decoration.

Even if I follow the SonarQube documentation, the MR are not decorated.
The project has been correctly imported in SonarQube via the GitLab API.
But you can merge this branch in order to avoid multiple further git rebase.
