@raphael.flores could you please review this one. There were some deprecations and breaking changes in the client, in particular concerning the removal of mapping types in ES7, and I did what I think is right, but being quite ignorant about Elastic, I would like a pair of experimented eyes on these changes.

The tests pass locally (waiting for the CI), so that's at least encouraging
