tropolink Web Application
The Web application tropolink allows the user to compute and explore connectivity between distant geographic locations generated by the movement of air masses (which can carry particles and small organisms). It allows the user to identify highly connected places, highly connected pairs of sites, variation in connectivity across time, but also to construct contact networks that can be included in propagation models, compared to other networks or patterns (e.g., spatial distribution of a species, genetic patterns...), used to build risk maps...
