changed the SA script to be able to run on my computer. Redone the figure without the tippo, it does not affect the results.

parralellisation working a bit to well, I must leave the Rserver... (Thomas must start something on it for 2 days).

slight modification of all the figure to match the text and some text resizing. Added the ETT supplementary figure (might mobe on its own file soon)

Changed the palette_gs.
Reexecuted most of the figures.
Added the supplementary figure script.
