CITATION file is to be updated

CITATION file does not contain the full reference to the SISIR package and is also using an old citation style:

Package CITATION file contains call(s) to old-style personList() or
as.personList().  Please use c() on person objects instead.
Package CITATION file contains call(s) to old-style citEntry().  Please
use bibentry() instead.

In addition, it would be worth citing SFCB preprint.
