new mzxmloutput object that allows translation of any msrunreader collection to mzXML
MzxmlOutput provides an easy way to produce basic mzXML : just what is needed to get identifications with X!Tandem. This is used in PAPPSOms tools project to convert easily the TimsTOF bruker format to mzXML.
