i2MassChroQ (identification & inference -- mass chromatogram quantification) is
the successor of X!TandemPipeline-Java. Following a full rewrite in C++17 and
integration of the MassChroQ module, i2MassChroQ features a full-fledged
quantitative proteomics solution.
