successful shiny tutorial deployment on binder

binder url: https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/jos4uke/shiny_tutorial.git/binder_test?urlpath=shiny/shiny_tutorial/

urlpath should been prefixed with shiny then the subfolder name containing the shiny application, in our case the learnr Rmd file
