Release v0.1.2

Fixes #10 (closed) once and for all.

• Replace common_prefix by common_path that was causing problems (for instance if /tmp/folder and /tmp/folder1)
• Use harmonized urls in object full url creation
• Fix HTTP error display on Item push failure
• Add pytest and code coverage
