MacroRugo: Ajustement des formules de f(h*), Vmax et Cd

Suite à la réunion du 8/03/2021:

• Pour des Froude > 1 (Ce qui n'est pas censé se produire dans une vraie passe à cause du ressaut présent devant les plots), On a Vmax < Vg. Appliquer Vmax = max(Vg, Vmax)
• $f_{h*} = 0.8 / h*^{1,5}$
• Cd = min(6, Cd) à la place de la limitation sur
  $f_{h*}$
