Customize home page

The home page is currently blank, excepting the banner with the logo and the login button.

We could render it starting with following text and RARe logo (greater than in the banner) + fontawesome shopping basket next to it, or in the background. Ie.:

This application allows you to manage orders of genetic resources, from the recording of an order to the edition of the delivery note and to have statistics on all the orders made.

Cette application vous permet de gérer des commandes de ressources génétiques, de l'enregistrement d'une commande jusqu'à l'édition du bon de livraison et de disposer de statistiques sur l'ensemble des commandes effectuées.
