xtpcpp do not erase temp file for tdf interrogation

After performing an identification on tdf file the temporary file create in xtpwrp dir are not deleted causing problem on server

File used

(Copy the file path used when the bug occured) all tdf files can produce this error ## Steps to reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - very important) Launche identification on xtandem using tdf file. After completion the tmp dir is already exist

What is the expected correct behavior?

(What you should see instead) erasing the tmpdirectory after completion
