HTTP error 404 when trying to auto install OTB 9 (no more .run file)

No more .run file, it is now required to fetch and untar OTB-9.0.0-Linux.tar.gz.

Also, there is now a separated package for RedHat, should we also support this setup ?

Regarding OSX, I don't see a Darwin installer, so I guess it was dropped because of M1 / M2 arch ?
