Rank "strain"

The NCBI Taxonomy introduced the strain rank.

1. Take into account nodes of rank strain (in addition of no rank.
2. Added nodes from BacDive should be of rank strain.
3. Nodes that where matched with a BacDive entry should be reranked as strain.
