Sorting BioSources gives the wrong ordering

When I click on a column name of a numeric column from the table of BioSources of a given organism, I get the wrong ordering. It seems like the numbers are considered strings. For example, 72, 50, 2606, 2420, ... for the descending sorting by the number of metabolites of the E. coli BioSources
