Improve multiqc report

Small improvement in multiqc report:

• Make one config yaml common to sr and hifi
• Remove flagstat of post host filtering --> useless information: show only that bam has no aln after host reads filtering.
• Increase max rows in bin table to still nicely display bins when there are many.
• Improve order of bin multiqc section: drep bins should be at the end.
• Organise files in multiqc process to see clearly the different files used. (Now all the files needed are dump at the root of the process work dir)
• remove organism column in prokka table
