Split polygons

One of cutline switch to the other sides of the median axis despite having :

• an angle limitation during the while loop
• an intersection limitation with median axis during the while loop

This create polygons with incorrect relation with point and arc. Either returning incorrect value for indicator or a relation (pk/fk) error.

See to either :

• remove the while loop to enchance cutline position
• upgrade cutline functions
