- a TLogProb type is added. It has the same concrete type as TProb
- the conversion and summation functions that manipulate TLogProb/cost have new names
     LogLike -> LogProb
     SumLogLike -> SumLogExp

I would be happy to push the TLogProb concept further in such a way that Log can only be applied
to TProb, returning TLogProb/Cost and Exp/Exp10/Pow only to TLogProb/Cost and return Prob.

 - the version is generated at make time (not cmake time)
 - it is entirely based on git tags (annotated preferably)
 - it includes the version, branch, the hash and a boolean saying if the compiled version is clean (precise commit) or tainted.
 - to "bless" a version, simply find the hash of the commit to bless and do
     git tag-a -v "version" "hash"
 - without hash will bless the current commit
 - a new make target (gen-version) has been created. all other targets depend on it
 - this generates the ToulbarVersion.hpp file using a sh script
 - the ToulbarVersion.hpp is included only in tb2wcsp.cpp which minimizes recompilation efforts
