This should allow EuGène to swallow very large sequences (unless memory intensive plugins are used).

Tests passed

Activates only fater 10kB. Needs extensive tests to evaluate the actual effects.

Backtrace now takes as an argument the minimum allowed CDS length for a gene. Any fully predicted gene (bordered by intergenic regions)  that is not long enough is not included in the backtraced Prediction.
