CI pipeline : run the full workflow on the migale runner
deploy and run all the snakefile on the migale runner
- clone the project
- install the additional tools (alvisnlp, alvis-utils, conda envs...)
- access corpus bank(pubmed) from the migale runner
- run each snakemake pipeline on the migale cluster
- check the results
