Néanmoins, si de telles actions sont +exercées contre le Licencié, le Concédant lui apportera son expertise +technique et juridique pour sa défense. Cette expertise technique et +juridique est déterminée au cas par cas entre le Concédant concerné et +le Licencié dans le cadre d'un protocole d'accord. Le Concédant dégage +toute responsabilité quant à l'utilisation de la dénomination du +Logiciel par le Licencié.
