The custom messages indicating the expiration date for exisiting files
has been updated.

Instead of being deleted, special characters are replaced with '_'.

If at least one analyse or run file is found, the retention limit is
display above the list.

RunAssembly.tpl has been updated to display a custom message when the
analysis data have been purged.
